The shells are crushed with a machine into pieces no larger than 3 cm, known as coconut shell chips.

The chips are placed into a carbonization machine at a specific temperature for processing. During this process, pyrolysis occurs, producing syngas, wood vinegar/smoke, and tar residue.

After carbonization, the charcoal is sieved and ground into fine charcoal powder.

The charcoal powder is mixed with binder and water in precise proportions. This mixing process is repeated three times to achieve a perfect dough consistency.

For cube-shaped shisha briquettes, the mixture undergoes a homogenization process to raise its temperature as needed, followed by cooling to room temperature.

The dough is fed into a briquette molding machine to form charcoal briquettes in various shapes, such as round sticks, hexagons, rectangular blocks, pillows, tablets, and oval shapes, depending on consumer demand for shisha, BBQ, incense, or heating.

The molded briquettes are dried in a controlled oven to produce high-quality premium briquettes.

The factory's internal laboratory conducts continuous quality testing to ensure consistent product standards, from coconut shell chips to finished briquettes. This testing adheres to the charcoal quality standards set by the SNI (Indonesian National Standard), SI, and consumer-grade A/Premium requirements.

After drying, the briquettes are packaged using machines according to shape and usage:
• Shisha briquettes are packed in 1 kg and 10 kg boxes.
• Stick, tablet, oval, pillow, and other forms are packed in film plastic bags, woven plastic sacks, or kraft paper bags in 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg sizes, or as requested by the customer.
